Tuesday Poll
We posted a poll at Exile Community.
Thursday Reflection
I posted the second video of our 5 week series on Shame. I know this is a deep topic but I’m excited about what God will do through speaking to our hearts about shame. Shame grows in secrecy and isolation. Healing begins when we find safe people and the courage to be known.
Saturday Song of the Week
On Saturday, Karen Egyud posted the Song of the Week. The song is Come as You Are by David Crowder. Here is the YouTube link – This sentence has 3 separate links.
I love the lyrics Mike Mast posted from this song. “Earth has no sorrow that heaven can’t heal, so lay down your burdens, lay down your shame!” As you figured out, our songs recently have tied to the Shame Series mentioned above.
Sunday Podcast
On Sunday, we began a new podcast with the 3 leaders of Exile – Mike Mast, Karen Egyud and myself. Questions don’t have to weaken our faith. Sometimes they’re part of how it grows.
We have 2 big announcements coming soon!!!
Please take a moment to follow Exile Faith on Facebook for our main content. There is also a private group – please join the group Exile Community where we share polls, questions and other content.
